A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We’ll migrate your site(s) to our state–of–the–art cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost info and unwanted network downtime. This is why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We’ve got highly competent administrators whose chief responsibility is to make certain that your site functions exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon famous web applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are lots of factors to keep in mind – the overall number of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our website migration experts, etc. However, we do our best to carry out all website migrations in a 48–hour period. Smaller sites are transferred much faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We don’t collect any private info. We’ll require, however, the login information for your old web hosting account and the name of the site that you want to move.

A: Your web site will continue to work just like it did before with your former web hosting provider. As soon as we are through with the migration, your web site will be configured to work on our platform and we’ll ask you to preview it. If it is working properly, all you will have to do is change the name server resource records associated with your domain. Your web site will be transferred over to us without any downtime.

A: Nope. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we don’t need anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: Yeah. We support all conventional Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows web hosting services ourselves.Additionally, we do not support proprietary website creation and management tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
